Frosting

Trevor LOVES to help in the kitchen. So I try to give him opportunities to without him killing himself. Frosting is pretty safe, ya? I had a sweet tooth one night and decided to make some cinnamon rolls and let Trev do the frosting.

We also checked off Professor Pennypickle's Childrens Museum off our spring break list. Trevor had been wanting to go here again for awhile so I decided to take him and Auntie, cousins and some friends came along too! it was a fun time!!!

4 months old

Dax is officially 4 months old today. I cant say that it has flown by cause it sure hasent. I love this little guy with all my heart but ill tell ya!...he is a HARD baby! Since he was born he has had issues with apnea (not breathing), reflux (aka acid reflux...vomiting goes along with that) and for the past 3 months he has been extreemely colicy (crying all the time, major gass, and tummy troubles) Poor little guy hasent had it easy so far, but I CAN say that he is getting better. Everyday seems better and better. Today was a great day for him. He slept well last night so i think that helped a lot. He's been all smiles since he woke up this morning.

I didnt get a chance to take any pictures of him today but these photos are all within the past week so that counts as 4 months right?

Planting Flower Seeds

Im so behind on my blogging!!! ahhh!!! cant seem to find time with the babe and all. but im doin my best. anyhow...

One of the things on Trevor's Spring Break to do list was to plant a flower garden. So we got some seeds and soil and planted them. Trev really enjoys doing anything together. Hes definatly a mama's boy, and i like it that way.

Hopefully we'll be seeing some sprouts coming up soon :)

Video Games

As soon as kris comes come from work, the first thing Trevor says to him is, "will you play lego batman with me dad?" On most days he is more than willing to play video games but one can only handle so much. This is Trev's favorite thing to do with his Dad.

K. This is hilarious! I was so wrapped up in taking pictures of my kid that i didnt even notice the little girl behind Trevor. When i got home and looked through the photos i had taken i laughed so hard at the misfortune of the little girl behind Trev on the swing.

Bahahahaha!!! Im so sick huh? This is when i should have noticed she fell and went to help her up but i seriously didnt even know that she fell. Poor girl. hehe.

Spring Break Begins!!

Last Monday was the first day of our 2 weeks of spring break and we wanted to start it off with a bang! Trevor had been saying for awhile that he desperately needed a break from school! haha! Little does he know that this is only the begining of many many years of school ahead of him.

Anyways, we decided to make a list of all the things Trevor wants to do while on spring break and the movies and park were both on there so we conquered them both in one day and hit up mc donalds for lunch too.

He loves to get an icee and candy when we go to the movies.
we ate popcorn and enjoyed watching the new movie HOP together. It was a cute easter movie. Dax woke up about 20 minutes into the movie and i was thinking "Oh Great!", now im gonna have to stand in the corner, bouncing and bouncing so he dosent cry....but NO! He woke up and watched the entire movie with us! I kept looking down at him on my lap waiting for him to start fussing but he never did. He loves the movies! YAY!

Have you ever gone down a tube slide on a food tray? Let me tell you...You TOTALLY catch some air! Trevor loves to do this! Sometimes the employees arent too happy with it but if you're sneaky enough they wont catch you.

Dax does a really cute Elvis thing. Sometimes its with the one eyebrow and sometimes its with his lip. He gives a lot of half smiles too with just the corner of his mouth. So darn cute!

Totally 80's 30th Birthday Party

I turned the BIG three-0 a couple of weeks ago and last weekend and my mom and kris threw me a totally 80's birthday party. It was a lot of fun for everyone. Im so glad my family and friends love dress up parties cause I seem to do them a lot and everyone totally participates.

30 is good.

Most people dred turning 30 but I have a feeling my 30s are going to be the best years of my life. 20s were pretty tough for the most part so 30s HAVE to be great!

I've finally married the man i was meant to end up with all along, I have 2 great boys, and endless possibilities for the future.

Trevor says to me, " mom, you still look pregnant." Thanks bud. Gimmie a chance to loose this baby weight!!! Jeesh!! Out of the mouths of babes huh?
