Easter Sunday

So this was our easter sunday. I am so so behind here since easter was like 2 months ago...but here it is. we had a nice easter. We went to church and enjoyed hearing about the resurection of our Savior. Then went back home and had fun with family having a nice dinner and more egg hunting...this time with money. The kids loved that one!!! Thanks Nana!

Easter Morning

Trev was so excited to come downstairs and see what the Easter Bunny left him and to search for the eggs.

He really wanted a chocolate bunny! Good thing the Easter Bunny knew that ;)
Dax got a basket full of new toys and a cute Easter outfit.

He was happy with his Easter gifts as well.

In my opinion, this is the best photo ever taken!!! Kris and I laugh so hard everytime we look at it. Dax makes the funniest faces sometimes.

Having fun on the hunt for eggs.

Yay for Easter!!!

City Easter Egg Hunt

Trevor and Dax with the Easter Bunny

Here are Shannon's kids with the Easter Bunny. Dont they look happy to meet him? haha!

Shannon and Abbie

The kids had to take a mad dash at the easter egg hunt. They had it divided by age and for each age group they threw a bunch of plastic eggs on the ground let the kids have at it.
Trev looks a little lost here.

Look what I got mom!!!!

Ethen scored too!

Can't have a party without a jumper! Oh how kids love jumpers.
They all got to sit in the drivers seat of a real firetruck!
I just realized why Trevor is holding on to his pants. He had hurt his knee the day before and had a cool band aid that I think he was trying to show off.

Kaden

Love that smile!

Sweet Trev!

I was taking a picture of Ethen and he kept making funny faces...

Then Trev decided that he wanted to join in...

then Kylie joined the fun...hehe...

and last but not least, Kaden had to make funny faces too!

It was a fun afternoon with the cousins!

Down by the Creek

Until recently, I had totally forgotten all about this little gem in Murrietta. Its just down the street from where we live too. There is a park just behind the high school that has this little creek there. All you have to do is take the little trail down to it. We had lunch with some friends and i think the kids are getting a little old for the chic fil a playground and for some reason this creek came into my mind. Im so glad i remembered it cause it is beautiful and Trevor loves it!

Trevor's friend from infantcy, Bridget.

Kids love to skip rocks. Having kids reminds me to enjoy lifes simple pleasures.
